No, utilities are not included in the rental cost. They are billed after the resident has moved in. New residents will set up an individual power account. Water, sewer, and trash will be paid along with rent to the leasing office.

What's your pet policy?

Guests should limit their stay to no more than one week unless prior written permission from resident. Guests must be with the resident when using any common area facilities.

Do you require apartment renters insurance?

Yes, $100,000 minimum liability.

How do I pay the rent?

How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?

Call the office number for maintenance dispatch.

How secure is the apartment building?

Community is gated.

How often does rent go up? By how much?

Rent increases are only given at the end of the lease term. Increases fluctuate on the market.

What is the parking situation?
