ok I will put a fair review in - the place is in a great location, the property overall is well kept and maintained. the staff is friendly and courteous. My critique is that small things tend to go unchecked for longer than they should, for ex: dog bags being out for multiple days in the park, coffee machine issues, etc. And the added on fees & surcharges on top of the rent are absolutely ridiculous. So that's why the 4 stars and not 5 stars. If they want 5 stars they can get rid of the useless ridiculous tacked on fees and pay a little more attention to detail! thanks!

Moved in about two weeks ago and so far the experience has been great. Jessica was responsive and quick with all my questions and paperwork for the move in. They were able to hold my apartment for me which I was grateful for. I ran into some maintenance issues and spoke to Amanda who is very chill and accommodating made me feel like I had no worries and answered all my questions. She had Chris from maintenance come out and he handled everything quick he was very polite and patient with everything I had asked about and answered all my questions so thank you. Some outer gates don't open with the remote so would be great if they get looked at. I do see dog feces a lot around which I don't understand when they provide us with bags to clean up after. Some people are just careless. Overall been great.

No issues with management. High prices caused me to move out, unfortunately I didn’t think the raise in cost was worth staying another year. Would recommend if it is in your budget though.

My boyfriend and I moved in about 3 weeks ago, and we absolutely love living here!! The community is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and very quiet. Our apartment is very lovely and we love all the cool features and amenities that come with it. Our leasing agent Jessica was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and with a lot of consideration. Our tour was very personable; she made us feel so welcome and we loved the place so much that we applied the same day! The entire move in process was very smooth and they are very prompt with their communication. All of the staff and maintenance are so amazing and helpful! I highly recommend this place as a home.

I moved in aug 2020. It was a stressful time for everyone and Jessica made the process go as smoothly as possible. The property is well kept and anytime I submitted a maintenance request it was handled promptly. The area is great and everything you need is right on Stephanie! My only complaint will be the recent changes they made to parking on the complex. It used to be assigned carports which was great but now only give you a permit to be able to park in any carport. I’m not sure the reasoning behind that. My suggestion would be keep assigned and if the tenant doesn’t have a car then sell that space to another tenant.

Such a quite and beautiful property. I am very happy to have finally found “my nook”..... A nook is a safe place in any environment. A place that is comfortable, unique and really makes you feel warm inside because you know you can let your guard down and truly relax and just be. It’s not always easy to find a nook. This one took me almost two years to find! Living in other locations even leasing from private owner. Alas! Every maintenance request I’ve had has been addressed and resolved quickly. The office staff is friendly and responsive. They have also been flexible to times that I was available. The biggest compliment I would like to offer is to the maintenance crew. Everyone is courteous, professional, and efficient. Every time they are in and out within minutes. Very calm demeanor. I’ve apologized for making a request for something small I might have been able to fix and every time the maintenance staff responds with a polite reassurance that it is ok to make requests. She showed me the unit I was interested in more than once and gave me an additional tour of the show room so I could have decorating ideas. When I moved in she personally walked me through every aspect pf living at cornerstone, showing me my parking spot, mailbox, rec centers and even how to use my appliances! When I did encounter an issue the maintenance team responded promptly, professionally, and precisely addressed and handled every concern. So far so good. Don't know if I'll ever move into a third floor apartment again, if they don't have elevators though. Ouch, I'm still kind of hurt. I broke my back in a car wreck back in 2000, so it gets aggravated from every move, but the 3 flights of stairs is a bigger killer than I thought it'd be (that was my choice though, I didn't want to live underneath anyone, I figured a few days if pain would be worth it, especially if I ended up staying for a long time). I also got unlucky with my assigned parking space (it's far, especially if you are carrying cases of water from the grocery store, that's another "back-killer"), there's unassigned spaces that seem closer, but they're always full. My only real complaint so far is: having to pay through some weird third party company that wants me to change a bunch of my browser settings (to make it less secure), and charge me a fee on top of it... Not cool. I can pay all of my other utilities/bills/Amazon/fiddle with my bank account, etc without changing all of the stuff their site wants me to. Odd. I can't think of any reason they'd require that, unless it has something to do with sharing (i.e. selling) my data. I opted to use some bill paying program at the Walmart across the street instead (slightly bigger fee, imagine that), and it looks like it's the same company, just a different name ...but at least they're not all up in my browser settings this way. Other than that, I LOVE the new apartment, itself, and the neighborhood is SO much better than the last one I was living in. I haven't heard a single gunshot, or screaming, or fighting, or helicopters circling, since I've been here (hah). The neighbors seem friendly, as well. Oh, there is a train that comes by, fairly close. I didn't know that before moving in ...but I've only heard the horn blast in the daytime, and early evening (so far) ...and it doesn't seem to be a really busy line, at least (like once or twice a day). Other than that, it's so much more quiet over here, than in most of Vegas. Love it!

All I can say is that this apartment complex will go above and beyond for you! With having anxiety, all you can ask for is to be surrounded by friendly and patient people. That’s EXACTLY what this community entails. Starting from the manager Cynthia and down the chain to the maintenance guys, everyone provided warm and friendly service. Cynthia welcomed me on my first day but also remembered my name later on down the week. That was a new experience for me! I was more than a resident but rather family in a community. Johna is an agent in the office who also provided excellent service and is someone I now call “tita” known as aunty in Tagalog. I needed to move in, in such a short time frame being about 5 days and Tita Johna made that happen! On the day of my schedule move in date, there was a lot of paperwork that needed to be signed and a new money order for rent that I was not aware of which was separate from the deposit fee. To my understanding, payment needed to be made but I was under the impression that I could pay with a card. I had to drive to Walmart to get a money order while having my family of 9 wait until everything was processed and until I received a key. At this point, my anxiety was activated with the overwhelming process of signings more than 10 pages, getting my keys, and having my family wait for this process to be done. The highlight of my day was the assistant manager Ms. Karina who took such good care of me! She was very diligent and rushed to get everything done in a short amount of time! Ms. Karina was very apologetic but also the sweetest and most polite person I’ve met in a while! She was definitely a breath of fresh air! After my move in process was done, I was able to scope out the apartment. It’s very spacious with warm tones throughout the apartment. There’s a lot of young residents and also a mixture of a mature group around me which I absolutely love! The only thing that caught me by surprise was the fan, located in the living room, doesn’t come with a lamp or light bulb. My anxiety arose again knowing the possible complications with having to do homework and not having enough lighting. I called the office and lovely Ms. Karina explained to me that my apartment is not the “upgraded” version so it doesn’t come with a light fixture. However, her and the maintenance guys went on a scavenger hunt to find me an extra lamp! My only comment is, the lamp is Absolutely gorgeous and they even dropped it off at my door! I was absolutely amazed with how they took the time to make sure I was satisfied and at ease! I absolutely love this apartment complex and all the coworkers who are a part of this community. I would also like to mention one more person! His name is Scot and he is the recommended cable guy for cox. He met me and was very polite with the process over the phone and in person. Great guy! This is such a new experience for me, as stated above, that I will definitely recommend this complex to students in my cohort and also family! Thank you everyone for making me feel at home!

Due to COVID-19, our landlord let us know that he and his wife are going to sell the house we have been renting. We have only been living in Henderson/Las Vegas for 4 years, and all 4 years were here at this home. Our lack of knowledge of apartments in Henderson/Las Vegas on top of the pandemic made me very nervous and anxious, not knowing if we would find a place to live. My sister suggested we apply to Cornerstone Park, so my wife and I went for it. Our experience with the entire process was amazing. We were helped by Karina and she was unbelievably helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all of our many questions, and followed up with us to let us know everything that is going on. We recently moved into this place, and the experience even before signing our lease has been 2nd to none. Karina over at the front office has been more than accommodating, and I think it was her service more than anything that made us decide to finally say "Hey, let's move into this place." She has answered my 10,000 questions, thoroughly, thoughtfully, and timely. The place itself is very nice, and we've had no issues whatsoever with maintenance, noise, neighbors, trash, pests, or anything. I moved here mid quarantine under terrible circumstances from the last complex I was at. Jhona was so sweet, helpful, and understanding towards our situation. I've had pleasant experiences with everyone in the office. The grounds are kept up with and the complex is well lit at night. Maintenance issues are taken care of promptly and the area is quiet. UPDATE: Jessica was amazing with resolving this issue! She has been knowledgable and kind with my entire move in process. She was not there the day I ran into these issues and I think there were just a few miscommunications. I do know things don't always go as planned and its not always about the problem but how the problem is handled. I am appreciative of the timely manner and how it was addressed. Maybe the "how was your move in" survey should come out a week after move in to help alleviate negative reviews. As far as the move in process, I am unsure how to feel. I got a garage that didn't work then given a covered parking spot in the meantime but someone was parked there. When the garage fob was fixed I went to it and it opened but got stuck while closing so I'm pretty sure I left it open. I was told the parking spot was close to my apartment but to me it isn't because I do have leg/feet issues. I am awaiting a response from the front office.

I've been living at Griffis Cornerstone Park for 4 months and have loved it. The property is nice and the apartments are updated. The front office staff are helpful and friendly, and the maintenance staff are always on time. It's a quiet, safe community and a great price for the area.

My wife and I have lived her for almost two years. If I didn’t get a promotion taking me across the country we would have stayed for a third. The apartments are in a great location. A few minutes from both the 215 and 95. A few minutes from the galleria mall. I can get to the strip in less than 35 minutes during rush hour. 25 minutes to be parked at UNLV. An abundance of places to shop and eat nearby. This is a really safe area too. We didn’t have any issues with theft, or shady people hanging out. The units are nice. All stainless steel finishes and nice faux granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. A huge plus is the nest thermostat and HUE lighting. All the bedrooms are a good size and the master tub in our unit was a soaking tub which my wife loved. It is allegedly non-smoking though the people below us smoke on their patio every now and then. Generally, we can keep our window open on the 3rd floor with no smoke smells. Most of the people here have pets. The office has a little pet station and a few areas to take the dogs. During non-summer months we walked our dog to the park around the corner (about 7 minute walk). They have tons of doggie bag stations and trash cans to clean up after the dog. They also do a really solid job of keeping the grounds clean. I feel like they do a clean sweep of the apartment every weekday. We only had one major maintenance issue. Our A/C went out in the dead of summer. They quickly brought us a portable A/C unit and offered to bring one for each room. They fixed the A/C then it broke again a week later, which wasn’t very convenient. That being said, they again brought us the portable unit and they got someone out a few days later to fix it. No problems since. That stuff happens and it’s not the management’s fault. How they responded to those issues is key and they responded great. Other small requests like changing lights, filters, etc all handled promptly. The first year we lived hear our apartment was silent. We NEVER heard our neighbors. Recently someone had a baby and we can hear it cry through the walls. Also, as mentioned there is a dog that barks all night sometimes, but that’s a consequence of living in a dog friendly neighborhood. Generally, it’s pretty quiet. I’m a light sleeper and it’s rarely too loud for me to sleep. I have heard that parking can be an issue and for some reason a lot of people park on Quest Park St. but there are easily 50 parking spaces in the east end of the apartment available on any given night. I have heard the west half of the apartments have less parking. Something to keep in mind if you have options available in either side. One con that didn’t impact me was the noise at the pool. I walk my dog at 10 ish every night and there are almost always people in the pool area. Holiday weekend, people up and loud until midnight. I couldn’t live by the pool, but that just might be me being particular about noise. The theater and clubhouse are great. My wife and I used the clubhouse for a rehearsal dinner and rented the theater for the super bowl, Stanley cup, and to have movie night with our friends. Team in the clubhouse is incredibly accommodating. Ebony and Grace are awesome. Always answer questions (even silly ones) with a smile. They try their damndest to organize community events though turnout is low. Overall, I am sad to be leaving this apartment. My wife and I have both lived separately all over town before moving in together. I can say this is the best overall place I’ve lived since I was 18.

2019 is going to be 8 years living here for me. I would be doing myself a disservice if I moved from here. It’s definitely not like other places in Vegas at all. There is a large sense of community and the cornerstone management team is unbelievably amazing!! The service team is prompt and it’s like family here. You can talk to anyone that works here like you’re part of a neighborhood and not just talking to a corporate employee. They go above and beyond to help and make you feel welcome and special. Also not to mention if you know anything about apartment, the ones they have here are amazing. You get a real sink not just a fancy one that has no space for dishes, real marble countertops, a huge tub, which I can’t do without. The community area is goregous especially after the new renovations. When I moved here I went to cornerstone first then to 9 other property then came back to this one the next day and signed!!! It was a no brainer!! The location couldn’t be better with everything you need in walking distance. Since that time it’s only gotten better and my dogs love the place and the management team! They literally go wild every time they see the ladies at the office or even the service workers jumping on them if they are sitting in the car is about to go to another location on property almost saying, “take me with you!!!” Grace, Ebony, Jessica, Alex and his service team please don’t ever change, you all are 2nd to none!!! By the way my dogs love the hydration station!! They want to stop and visit the office for the treats just as much as I looovvvveee the coffee there!! Honestly if you aren’t living here you are definitly missing out!! Really got to see it for yourself...

If you're looking for a nice place to live, come to Griffis Cornerstone Park! The complex is located in a great location. It's near the freeway and great eats. The ladies in the office always wears a smile in their face. Every time I come in for coffee they always say hello. The coffee machine is amazing!

I lived at Griffis Cornerstone Park for about a year. I really wasn't ready to move out, but I had to move to Florida so I had to. I absolutely loved my apartment. I had a third floor one bedroom unit that was just gorgeous, luxurious, and had amazing views. I snagged it for a great price as well. I had some major issues with my downstairs neighbor disliking my large dog walking around in my apartment, and management handled it professionally and usually very quickly. They were willing to listen to both of our sides of the situation, and I really appreciated their honesty. I think they handled it the best they could, and the neighbor downstairs ended up moving out. For those 5 months or so that he lived there, he would bang on his ceiling/my floor so much that it really made me feel uneasy. Other than that, I had an amazing time living there. No apartment living is perfect, but this one was close! :)

Signed a 14 month lease with Griffis and loved the place the entire time. The office, club house and gym are all super clean and nice. Free coffee, 24hr gym and pool. The staff in the office is super friendly and helpful. The apartments are very reasonably priced with all the nicest upgrades. Would recommend this family and friends alike.

I love living at Griffis Cornerstone Apartments. I have been here coming up to 2 years and have had friendly neighbors, attentive maintenance requests filled. I wish the dog owners on the West Side were better about picking up after their dogs because we get flies all summer from the feces not being picked up. The Groundskeeper picks it up every week, but come on Neighbors, if you own a pet, pick up... It's your responsibility. End of Rant. This is a great place to live

I love living here! I have been here for almost a year now, and I am so bummed that my lease is almost up! The office staff has always been inviting, helpful and understanding if you ever have something that you need done. The pool and other amenities are always clean and ready for you. The pool, hot tub, and gym are also open 24/7 which is awesome. I currently recommend these apartments to friends and family, and I would recommend it to anyone!

I love living here at Griffis Cornerstone Park, the complex grounds and the outside hallways are clean. They also do their best to accommodate the tenants and their needs. I love the community events they offer. I've rented out the clubhouse a couple of times to host family gatherings and everyone was impressed with the layout and everything the clubhouse has to offer. I have not had any complaints since living here.
